Indian spinner Manav Suthar has taken 17 wickets in his first two Test matches, including a fifer in each game against Afghanistan and Sri Lanka.
Former Sri Lankan batter Russel Arnold praised Suthar's accuracy but cautioned that the 24-year-old must prove his ability in diverse conditions before being labeled a special talent.
Suthar, who previously played county cricket for Warwickshire, is being monitored as a potential long-term successor to Ravindra Jadeja in the Indian Test squad.
