Lincoln High School senior Adam Massman died following an injury sustained during a football game against Turtle Lake on Thursday, August 20.

The 17-year-old was a three-sport athlete who recorded 1,138 total yards and 13 touchdowns during the 2025 football season.

The Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan School District will provide counseling services for students starting at noon on Monday, August 24, to help the community cope with the loss.
