The Football Association fined Chelsea £10 million for historical financial irregularities related to secret payments to agents during the tenure of previous ownership.
The club previously settled for a €10 million fine with UEFA and a £10.75 million fine with the Premier League for the same violations discovered after the 2022 sale.
An initial suspended 6-point deduction was replaced on appeal by a suspended 2-window transfer ban, which remains valid until 30 June 2027.
