IndiGo announced an increase in fuel charges on domestic and international flights, effective for bookings made from October 6, 2026.
The airline cited a more than 14% month-on-month surge in aviation turbine fuel prices driven by geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
Domestic fuel charges range from ₹375 to ₹1,300 based on distance, while international routes will incur charges up to ₹10,000.
