Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin directed their governments to expand bilateral cooperation to reach $100 billion in trade by 2030.
Indian envoy Vinay Kumar stated that the two leaders discussed full bilateral relations on the sidelines of the September 12-13 BRICS summit in New Delhi.
Kumar added that Indians account for roughly 25 to 30 per cent of Russia's foreign worker quota, with India supplying required skilled labour.
