Indian table tennis pair Manush Shah and Diya Chitale assured a medal at the 2026 Asian Games after defeating Hong Kong's Wong Chun Ting and Doo Hoi Kem 3-1.
The young Indian pair advanced to the mixed doubles semi-finals, where they will face China's second-ranked team of Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha.
This achievement marks just the fourth table tennis medal for India in the history of the continental multi-sport event.
