Manchester City has entered official club-to-club negotiations with Chelsea for midfielder Enzo Fernández on the final day of the transfer window.
Chelsea previously set a valuation of at least £120 million for the player, who has been excluded from the team's first three matches this season.
Chelsea is reportedly only willing to sanction the deal if they can secure a replacement player, with links to Lamine Camara, Manu Koné, and Alex Scott remaining unresolved.
