North Zone Leads West Zone in Duleep Trophy Quarter-Final

North Zone secured a 171-run lead against West Zone by the end of Day 2 of the Duleep Trophy quarter-final, reaching 107/4 in their second innings.

Left-arm spinner Abid Mushtaq claimed a five-wicket haul for 39 runs, helping restrict West Zone to 187 all out despite a 52-run resistance from Shams Mulani.

In the other quarter-final, East Zone posted 467 runs behind Shahbaz Ahmed's 167 and enforced a follow-on against North East Zone, who finished the day at 7/0 after being bowled out for 111.
