Non-local worker killed in Kulgam terror attack

Suspected terrorists shot dead one non-local labourer and injured another in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on the evening of July 31, 2026.

The victims were fired upon after sundown in Kilam, with the injured worker currently receiving advanced medical treatment at the Government Medical College in Anantnag.

Security forces have cordoned off the attack site and launched a search operation to trace the assailants, marking the second targeted attack in south Kashmir since July 22.
