Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic scored 40 points in a 116-103 victory against the Sacramento Kings on November 4, bringing his tally to 308 points in eight games.
Doncic became the first player to exceed 300 points in his first eight games of an NBA season since Michael Jordan scored 303 points in 1988-89.
The victory improved the Lakers' season record to seven wins and two losses, placing them second in the Western Conference standings.
