US President Trump Says Yemen Houthis Asked Not to Intervene

The Houthis have seized Yemen's entire Red Sea coast and control a vital shipping corridor linking Europe and Asia after capturing three strategic islands.

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman reportedly requested U.S. strikes against the Houthis twice, but the American President declined the request.
