Special Investigation Team Formed After Five Killed in Guwahati Hotel Shooting

Assam police formed a Special Investigation Team to probe a shooting that killed five people at a Guwahati hotel on Sunday.

The incident reportedly stemmed from a property dispute between the hotel owner and the accused, Ghanakanta Gogoi, who has been arrested.

Opposition leader Gaurav Gogoi criticized the state government for failing to maintain public safety and law and order in the city.
