India Secures Archery Gold and Olympic Berth at Asian Games 2026

India's compound women's team and compound mixed team both clinched gold medals on Day 11 of the Asian Games 2026, with the mixed team securing a quota for the LA 2028 Olympics.

The women's compound team defeated China 238-234 in the final to match the world record set by South Korea, following a tight 234-233 semifinal victory over South Korea.

Boxer Priya Ghanghas won a bronze medal after losing her 60kg semifinal, while Lovlina Borgohain advanced to the 75kg final to guarantee at least a silver medal.
