The Delhi High Court has granted permanent protection to the personality rights of actor Amitabh Bachchan, restraining entities from unauthorized use of his persona.
In a November 5 order, a bench decreed the 2022 suit after noting settlements with four entities who undertook not to use his name, image, or voice.
The court stated that an interim injunction from November 2022 would stand merged in the decree, which also operates against anonymous entities.
