Ticket sales for Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana adaptation crossed one lakh tickets within its opening pre-sales window, outpacing the initial performance of Adipurush by over 120%.
The Hindi version alone generated ₹3.13 crore in gross ticket sales on its opening pre-sales day across more than 900 screens, registering occupancy levels between 15% and 20%.
Produced by Prime Focus Studios and Yash's Monster Mind Creations, the two-part film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Yash as Ravana, with release scheduled for November 5.
