Krafton Confirms BGMI Lite Launch for India by Late 2026

Krafton India announced that a lighter version of Battlegrounds Mobile India, titled BGMI Lite, is scheduled to launch in the country by the end of 2026.

The new title aims to expand the game's reach to users with entry-level or older smartphones, though specific technical requirements and gameplay features remain unannounced.

The announcement follows the milestone of the original BGMI title surpassing 260 million downloads in India and the recent release of the 5th Anniversary Edition 4.5 update.
