Liverpool Signs Barcelona Defender Ronald Araujo on Season-Long Loan

Liverpool secured center-back Ronald Araujo on a season-long loan from Barcelona on Monday after the defender was informed he would have a minor role under Hansi Flick.

The deal includes a €55 million buy option for next summer, with the player passing his medical and signing his contract within 24 hours of the agreement.

Araujo joins the squad managed by Andoni Iraola to compete for a starting position at Anfield, aiming to make an impact in the Premier League this season.
