Sara Ali Khan and her mother Amrita Singh have leased a 2,545 sq ft commercial unit in Andheri West to AI studio Upsurge Labs LLP.
The five-year leave and licence agreement was registered on September 29, 2026, with a starting monthly rent of ₹5,85,350.
The deal entails a total rent of ₹3.76 crore over the tenure, featuring an initial two-month rent-free fit-out period and 5% annual rent escalation.
