Houthi forces launched drone and ballistic missile attacks on Saudi energy sites on Tuesday, injuring at least 73 people, according to Saudi officials.
The escalation follows Saudi airstrikes on Houthi-held areas in Yemen, including a reported strike on a prison in al-Hazf that killed seven people.
The conflict centers on the strategic Bab al-Mandeb Strait, where Saudi crude exports have increased eightfold since March 2025 due to disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz.
