The Bihar chief minister's office stenographer, Sagar Kumar, was booked under the Pocso Act on Friday for allegedly uploading a Jamui molestation victim's picture on social media.
Patna SSP Kartikeya Kumar Sharma confirmed the filing and stated that a complaint by RJD lawmaker Misa Bharti against CM Samrat Choudhary would also be investigated.
Misa Bharti sought a case against Choudhary for allegedly revealing the minor victim's identity, while JD(U) leaders dismissed the opposition's allegations as politically motivated.
