R Systems declares ₹8 interim dividend for 2026

R Systems International declared a second interim dividend of ₹8 per equity share, representing an 800% payout on its Re 1 face value.

The company fixed October 1, 2026, as the record date, with the payment scheduled to be disbursed on or before October 24, 2026.

This brings the total interim dividend declared for 2026 to ₹14 per share, following a previous payout of ₹6 in March.
