TDP Begins Tirupati Municipal Corporation Election Campaign Early Against YSRCP

The Telugu Desam Party launched its campaign for the Tirupati Municipal Corporation elections on Wednesday ahead of the YSRCP to secure an early advantage.

TDP named its Assembly constituency convener Manne Srinivasa Prasad as its candidate for the Mayor's post, leveraging his strong local popularity among the Kapu community.

YSRCP countered by nominating party cadre Vasu Yadav for the position in an effort to consolidate backward class votes.
