Four women wrestlers moved a Delhi court on Friday to challenge the August 3 acquittal of former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in a sexual harassment case.
The criminal revision petition, filed through senior advocate Rebecca John, argues the trial court's judgment is unsustainable in law and based on archaic, stereotypical assumptions.
The revision petition is scheduled to come up for hearing on Saturday before special judge Digvinay Singh at Rouse Avenue Courts.
