Bihar Government Agrees to Single-Phase Teacher Recruitment Exam

The Bihar government has conceded to student demands, announcing that the upcoming teacher recruitment examination will be conducted in a single phase next month.

Thousands of aspirants had been protesting against the previous multi-stage format, which they argued caused unnecessary delays and administrative hurdles.

The Education Department is set to release the official application forms on September 1, with the exam scheduled to take place shortly thereafter.
