Construction for the Vaduthala railway overbridge and Perandoor-Vaduthala bridge in Kochi is scheduled to begin on October 7.
Public Works Minister P.K. Basheer will inaugurate the projects, which have received administrative sanctions of ₹91.89 crore and ₹34.24 crore respectively.
The projects aim to alleviate traffic congestion in Ernakulam city by allowing commuters to bypass the National Highway.
