Shashi Tharoor Urges Caution on Nepal-China Ties at India-Nepal Dialogue

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor advised against overreacting to strengthening Nepal-China relations during the inaugural 'Anviksha' India-Nepal global dialogue series held on Wednesday.

The event, which focused on regional stability, highlighted the 'common threat' posed by climate change in the Himalayas, with Nepal's minister emphasizing the need for a unified diplomatic approach.

India and Nepal are currently working on a 'two-hand, ten-finger' strategy to reset bilateral ties, aiming to address border infrastructure and economic cooperation challenges before the end of the year.
