Pakistan warned Afghanistan on Saturday that terrorism is a red line and asserted its right to take measures to eliminate cross-border threats.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting accused the Afghan Taliban leadership of inaction regarding militancy originating from Afghan soil and shifting blame onto Islamabad.
The warning followed border clashes and previous Pakistani airstrikes targeting military objectives linked to attempted attacks.
