Vishal Agarwal stated that his son Ketan Agarwal tattooed his fiancée Siya Goyal's name on his neck as a birthday surprise before Ketan was pushed off a cliff at Lohagad Fort on June 18.
Ketan and Siya got engaged in February and were preparing for their wedding and a birthday celebration in Mahabaleshwar before the fatal incident occurred.
Pune Rural Police arrested Siya and her alleged lover Chetan Chaudhary in June, filing a chargesheet alleging the duo used a fake Instagram account to lure Ketan to the fort.
