Rams head coach Sean McVay announced that defensive end Myles Garrett is unlikely to return to practice next week and will miss his fourth consecutive game against the Buffalo Bills.
Garrett has featured in just one game this season after undergoing knee surgery following the season-opening defeat to the San Francisco 49ers in Australia.
The 30-year-old defensive end, acquired in a June trade from the Cleveland Browns, is eligible to return from injured reserve but Los Angeles will hold off on his activation.
