Delhi Police registered 20 FIRs following violent protests by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) between July 20 and July 25, 2026, which resulted in injuries to 244 police personnel and 209 civilians.
The violence caused significant damage to government property, including 110 barricades, 171 ropes, 29 official vehicles, and various security equipment like 355 helmets and 285 body protectors.
Security officials identified over 100 individuals facing murder charges among the protesters using facial recognition technology during the demonstrations that occurred within a 2-kilometre radius of Parliament.
