R Systems shares surge 14% after announcing 800% interim dividend

Shares of R Systems International rallied nearly 14% on Monday after fixing the record date for its second interim dividend of 2026.

The Blackstone-backed IT services firm announced an 800% dividend payout of ₹8 per equity share with a face value of Re 1 each.

Investors must purchase the stock by Wednesday, September 30, to qualify for the payout scheduled to be disbursed on or before October 24, 2026.
