US President Donald Trump promised a $100 million Department of War investment in pharmaceutical company Antheia to revive a Winchester plant.
Trump stated during a Kentucky rally that the investment and a proposed $5,000 adult citizen dividend depend on Republicans winning the November 3 midterm elections.
Trump also highlighted a $1 billion investment by GE Appliances and IUE-CWA to expand Louisville's Appliance Park.
