Dabur receives NCLT approval for Sesa Care merger

FMCG major Dabur India announced on Friday that it received National Company Law Tribunal approval to merge ayurvedic hair care brand Sesa Care.

The merger integrates Sesa Care into Dabur following Dabur's acquisition of a majority stake in the brand in October 2024.

Dabur plans to leverage its distribution network and international market access to expand Sesa Care's reach and unlock business synergies.
