India-US trade pact to be finalized keeping changes in mind

Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal stated that the interim trade agreement framework announced with the US in February will be finalized keeping changed circumstances in mind.

Goyal noted that trade pact negotiations are ongoing with multiple regions including Israel, Chile, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and the Eurasian Economic Union.

The Minister also mentioned that trade negotiations with Canada are moving at a faster pace while talks with South Africa's SACU group will begin soon.
