Team India Physio Kamlesh Jain Resigns Ahead of Afghanistan Series

Team India physiotherapist Kamlesh Jain has submitted his resignation to the BCCI ahead of the three-match T20I series against Afghanistan starting in New Delhi on September 13, 2026.

Jain, who joined the national team in June 2022 from Kolkata Knight Riders, is currently serving a three-month notice period to spend more time with his young family.

The series in New Zealand ending in early December 2026 is expected to be Jain's final assignment, following the recent departures of fielding coach T Dilip and assistant coach Ryan ten Doeschate.
