MK Sons Fine Jewels sets ₹275.4 crore IPO price band

MK Sons Fine Jewels fixed its IPO price band at ₹153 to ₹162 per share for a public issue valued at ₹275.4 crore.

The subscription window will open on October 28 and close on October 30, with anchor investor bidding scheduled for October 27.

The company reported a profit after tax of ₹52 crore and revenue of ₹539 crore for the financial year 2025-26.
