Zoho announced the launch of Zia Chat, an AI-powered conversational interface that lets users search information and perform tasks across business applications.
The company entered the vertical SaaS market with seven industry-focused applications spanning retail, automotive, BFSI, healthcare, education, real estate, and restaurants.
Zia Chat is model-agnostic, allowing organizations to choose their large language models, and will be available for early access in a month.
