The death toll from the migration crisis at the Spain-Morocco border in Ceuta has reached 67 following a massive surge of 60,000 migrants on July 30 and 31.
Spanish authorities are installing a 500-metre-long containment barrier along the breakwater fence to prevent further unauthorized entries into the territory.
While most migrants have returned to Morocco, Ceuta's President Juan Jesus Vivas stated that the city has not yet returned to normal operations.
