The Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a prosecution complaint against seven individuals, including former Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) chairman Taman Singh Sonwani.
The case involves alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations conducted during the previous Congress government, with accusations of bribery and question paper leaks.
This is the first prosecution complaint filed by the ED in the money laundering case, which stems from earlier FIRs and chargesheets.
