Shivam Autotech, Shraddha Prime and Anand Rathi Wealth Set Record Dates

Shivam Autotech, Shraddha Prime Projects, and Anand Rathi Wealth fixed October 15 as the record date for upcoming corporate actions, drawing investor interest in Wednesday's trade.

Shivam Autotech approved a rights issue of up to 10,000,000 shares to raise ₹120 crore priced at ₹12 per share, while Shraddha Prime Projects announced a ₹97 crore rights issue at ₹160 per share.

Anand Rathi Wealth declared an interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share alongside a 22% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹122 crore for the September quarter of FY27.
