The Delhi High Court issued notice on producer Amit Jani's application seeking rejection of Salman Khan's suit over the film Kala Hiran: Battle for Legacy.
Justice Tejas Karia listed the matter for further hearing on December 16 after producers argued the court lacks territorial jurisdiction.
Jani's counsel argued that neither Khan nor the producer resides in Delhi and national promotional materials do not confer local jurisdiction.
