Telangana CM Orders Green Channel for SC and ST Sexual Assault Compensation

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy directed officials to disburse compensation to SC and ST sexual assault victims through a Green Channel.

The instructions were issued during a meeting of the State-level Vigilance and Monitoring Committee held in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

The meeting reviewed the implementation of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, including trial proceedings and victim rehabilitation.
