Rapper Lil Durk, legally known as Durk Banks, was found not guilty on all federal charges by a jury on Friday, September 11, following a multi-week trial.
Banks was cleared of charges including conspiracy and murder-for-hire resulting in death over a 2022 shooting near the Beverly Center in Los Angeles.
Defense attorneys successfully argued that Banks was not in Los Angeles during the incident and that no evidence linked him to financial transactions or ordering the attack.
