Students Across South West England Receive GCSE Results

Students across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland received their GCSE results, with 67.3% of all grades marked at 4/C and above, a slight decrease from 67.4% last year.

Tor Bridge High in Plymouth reported its best-ever results, including double the number of top 7+ grades, while City College Plymouth celebrated a 98% pass rate in Level 2 Technical and GCSE results.

In England, students who do not achieve at least a grade 4 in GCSE English and maths are required to continue studying these subjects alongside their next educational course.
