Tejashwi Yadav and Misa Bharti Detained During RJD Protest in Patna

RJD leaders Tejashwi Yadav and Misa Bharti were detained by Patna police on Wednesday during a protest march against paper leaks and alleged police firing in Siwan.

The protest, which began at J.P. Roundabout, saw police use water cannons at the Income-Tax roundabout to stop the march toward the Lok Bhavan.

Following the detention, an RJD delegation submitted a memorandum to the Governor's principal secretary, demanding the suspension of the officer responsible for the July 25 Siwan firing incident.
