AMU Student Union Elections Spark Campus Debates on Representation

Aligarh Muslim University is witnessing active student election campaigns near the Department of History after an eight-year hiatus.

Candidates wearing traditional black sherwanis are canvassing female students across campus lawns to secure votes.

During campaigning, students raised questions regarding women's representation and voting rights within the university's electoral process.
