Sunita Ahuja personally brought Lord Ganesha home for Ganesh Chaturthi with song and dance, continuing a tradition started by her late mother-in-law Nirmala Devi.
She noted that while her husband, actor Govinda, and son Yashvardhan usually bring the idol home, Govinda is currently in America and expected to return at night.
Sunita stated that she traditionally keeps the Ganpati idol for 1.5 days to manage the required puja and celebrations.
