Nana Patekar's Autopsy Confirms Death from Acute Myocardial Infarction

The autopsy report from Goa Medical College and Hospital confirmed that actor Nana Patekar died on October 8 from an acute myocardial infarction at his Goa home.

Doctors stated the fatal heart attack resulted from a blood clot blocking the left main coronary artery due to atherosclerotic occlusive coronary artery disease.

Cardiologists note that the left main coronary artery supplies blood to a large portion of the heart, making its sudden blockage capable of causing cardiac arrest within minutes.
