
Shares of Mamaearth parent Honasa Consumer dropped up to 4.8% following a sizeable block transaction executed shortly after market opening on Tuesday.
The transaction involved 1.4 crore shares, representing 4.4% of outstanding equity, traded at an average price of ₹450 per share for ₹643.4 crore.
Jefferies acted as the sole bookrunner for the block deal while sellers remain subject to a 45-day lock-in period for further share sales.
