Jharkhand Teachers Eligibility Test Begins Across 986 Centres

The Jharkhand Teachers Eligibility Test commenced across 986 exam centres in the state on Sunday amid tight security arrangements.

Around 5.65 lakh candidates registered to appear for the test conducted by the Jharkhand Academic Council for primary and upper primary vacancies.

Authorities imposed prohibitory orders and warned of strict legal action under the Jharkhand Competitive Examination Act, 2023, against malpractices.
